Edie was born on Jan- uary 25, 1932, to Marie and John Schultz in the Bronx.

She married Frank Davis in 1952 and, together, the raised 5 children, first in Throgs Neck and then in Con- gers where they moved to in 1964. Edie loved her Catholic faith, her family, her home, a good cup of tea and Edie, Frank and the whole family provided a loving home to over 30 newborn babies from birth un- til adoption, usually about 3 months old. Edie adored each one of these babies and loved them as her own. Edie was predeceased by her parents, John and Marie Schultz, her husband Francis (Frank), her sister Kathy, her daughter Kathy, her twin sons John and Francis and her longtime companion John Kelly. Edie is survived by her five (Mar- garet), Michael, Mary (Manuel), Margaret (Mi- chael) Marty.

Edie is also survived by six grand- children: Jessica, Meghan, Gustavo, Christopher, John, Alana and twelve great grandchildren. life will be celebrated at a Mass of Chris- tian Burial at St Church in Congers, NY at 10am on July 13th. Burial will follow at Gate of Heaven in Hawthorne, NY. Edith Veronica (Schultz) Davis SLEEPY HOLLOW Ruth E. Fenton of Sleepy Hollow passed away peacefully July 8, 2022 at the age of 100.

Ruth was born February 23, 1922 in New Or- leans, LA and was the daughter of Frank L. and Elsa D.Herold Nussbaumer. Ruth was a graduate of the Northfield School and Blue Mt. College in In 1945, she graduated from the Columbia Presbyterian School of Nursing as a RN. That is where she met her future husband Richard L.

shemarried inNew York City in 1946. Ruth was amember of theMount Kisco Presby- terian Church. She had been a long-time volunteer at Phelps Memorial Hospital and with the West- chester County Medical Society. She was a lover of nature and enjoyed being outdoors. Ruth will be remembered as a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother.

She is survived by her children Richard D. (Fran) Fenton, Cathy (Paul) Ruf and Carol (Ken) Fenton-McHale. Also sur- viving are her grandchildren Jason topher Fenton, Kristen Arita and Ray McHale as well as her 8 great grandchildren. Her husband Richard predeceased her in 2010. No services are being planned at this time.
