Stats: 3.8 C GPA/ 3.7 S GPA / 511 MCAT, 124 CARS.
CA resident.
EC: 1000+ nonprofit work, 600 Clinical, 1000+ research, 2 Publications, 2 Poster presentation, Leadership, 1000+ (work throughout undergrad)
I don't have location preference at all.
Plan to apply to 30-40 Schools.
I have a lot of reach schools so I am thinking those would be the first to cut out?

You have many unrealistic schools from a stats or state of residency perspective. I suggest:
- UCI
- Loma Linda (only if you have similar beliefs)
- UCR (only if from the IE or attended undergrad)
- UCD
- CUSM
- Albany Medical College
- Rush
- TCU
- Medical College of Wisconsin
- Wake Forest
- University of Illinois (high tuition FYI)
- Loyola
- Temple
- Tulane University School of Medicine
- Vermont
- Penn State
- Eastern Virginia Medical School
- Rosalind Franklin
- Wayne State
- Nova Southeastern
- Georgetown
- VCU
- Saint Louis
- Quinnipiac University
- Sidney Kimmel
- Tufts University School of Medicine
- Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine
- New York Medical College
- Oakland
- Creighton University School of Medicine
- Belmont University
- Drexel

Your absolute right, this list looks far more realistic ( if there's such a thing for med schools), but why did you remove Western Michigan?

They have typically gone after higher stat students for their OOS pool in the past according to MSAR.
